Being consistent with anything, especially exercise, can be the most difficult experience in life. The 365 WOD Journey has proven to be the solution to that problem. WOD = Workout Of the Day. When I first created the entire journey it was totally for myself. It has helped me become the person I am today, therefore I chose to share it with the world.

The first thing I noticed about the massive consistency that I’ve built was the ability to change my habits. It becomes easier and easier to choose different options. Notice I didn’t say good or bad. Simply different.
Since then I am wearing size 32 jeans and feel the strongest I’ve ever felt in my life.
The best part of The 365 WOD Journey is that it requires no equipment and it’s free. Therefore there is absolutely no excuse a person can come up with to not workout. I’ve even put together a way for a person to “pay” if money is a motivator.

The links below take you to all of the WODs. They are designed to work every part of your body and not over train. Bodyweight exercises aren’t the sexiest and most times feel uncomfortable. However, they are the most permanent ways to change your body AND your mind. If you think you are not able to perform a movement, then choose the provided modification.
