Reduce Thigh Size Movements is something that I created to explain how to reduce thighs without going TOO nuts with exercise.

I think we want to know the exact exercise to reduce thighs and the size of them, but to be real honest it takes more then just one AND it takes more then just one workout.

There are MANY workouts/exercises to reduce the size of your thighs. So really today’s WOD is only a piece of that puzzle. It will also help reduce buttocks and the size of it. If you are LOOKING for size, then it can also help with that.

Reduce thigh size movements is something that I have created with WOD #100. It’s crazy to think that there are 100 workouts here AND there are MANY more workouts then just this one that help you reduce thigh size.

So let’s get to this reduction…

WOD #100 Reduce Thigh Size Movements

1-3 Rounds AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

Count your reps, write them down!

Let’s start keeping score!

  • Squat Side Kicks
  • Squat Calf Raise
  • Squat Knee to Elbow
  • Full Body Extensions
