Move Belly Hips Legs may be the title to this WOD, but it provides WAY more than that. Basically it’s a road map for how to reduce belly hips and thighs in body fat.

People ask me all the time…

“How do I lose weight on my belly hips and thighs?”

The truth is that you cannot spot train your body.

The three C’s come to mind…

Consistency Creates Confidence

Today’s WOD gives you exercises for hips and thighs, but it also gets you to move belly hips legs and more. It literally is that easy.

Being consistent is the ONLY way to create any kind of momentum for confidence.

When a person asks the that question, they either take it or they move on to the next person who will give them the answer they are looking for.

My way isn’t the sexiest way, but I can guarantee you it’s the most PERMANENT.

So let’s get to it then shall we?
