Get Skinny Legs WeeklyMany of my clients ask me how to get skinny legs. Today’s WOD will not only help you get skinny legs, but it will help you get skinny legs weekly.

Teaching people how to get skinny legs isn’t really my game because the word skinny has really been tarnished in the last 30 years. There are SO many psychological issues around the word skinny that one blog post would even be enough to chip the tip of that iceberg.

Another question I get asked is how to get skinny legs in a week without exercise. When someone asks me this I instantly want to know their definition of exercise.

What I usually offer to them is that if the word exercise gives you that “I don’t want to” feeling in your body, then let’s change the way you talk about exercise. How you do that is instead of thinking about “exercise” think about your movement patterns. If you don’t move, then you will continue to be where you are at both physically and mentally.

But if you move MORE, then the odds of you changing the way you look and feel go way UP.

Now, what’s really funny about all of this is that secretly men think about legs too. There are millions of leg workouts for women with the target ONLY to women and that is great, but I take a more gender neutral approach.

The question that I have for you today is this…

WOD #98 Get Skinny Legs Weekly

4 Rounds AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

Do AMRAP for EACH exercise!

Keep track and let me know “your score”

Your Score = The amount of reps you did with each exercise

  • Sumo Squats
  • Batmans
  • High Plank OR Kneeling Opposite Arm + Leg Raise
