Failing Has Become PopularWhen I was a kid failure meant it was the end of the world. When did failing become popular? This mindset coaching article will help you realize that failing has become popular and failing is exactly what you need in order to move forward.

Before I started doing these WODs daily I would get them done most days of the week. That was where I was at mentally. The weekend would come and I’d go nuts on the calories and forgo my regular schedule. Monday would come and my body would need to reacclimate to my rigorous schedule.

I felt like I was failing every Monday. We only change when the pain of not changing is worse than doing what it takes to change. Failing has become popular for this very reason. When we fail there is a lesson to be learned. If you don’t learn the lesson you’ll keep making the same mistakes. Meanwhile, society is betting on that.

It’s ok to fail. However, failing without learning is the same as hitting your head on the wall until you think it won’t hurt anymore. There’s always something bigger happening and you are a part of that plan. Loving your life is something that takes constant awareness. Failing to do this is acceptable. Back in my day, I didn’t like failing, but now I look forward to it.

Learning to love failing has become the top of my list because then when the one thing that works out of one hundred it will feel like a million. With each day I live I grow closer to the person that I’m meant to be. It’s a gift that most people take for granted. Loving the present moment in every aspect is what it’s all about. Surround yourself with people that expand you and forget about those who make you feel small.

Failing has become popular because of the speed of media. News today, has the potential to travel at the speed of light. Therefore the opportunity to fail happens even faster. On the flip side, the opportunity to succeed and win has the exact same odds. Keep chipping away at your happiness and forget your weaknesses. You’ll get it when you’re ready to receive it. Fall in love with failing. Get your WOD done and even if all of the movements aren’t perfect, show yourself some gratitude and love the failing feeling. Because as soon as the love of failing comes, it will go away and you’ll start living your truest life.

Have Fun!
