Get Rid Of Office AssHave you ever wondered why over the years of working in an office the office chair seems to get smaller? I’m here to tell you it doesn’t. Your ass gets bigger because you don’t change anything in your life. Get rid of office ass by reading this mindset coaching article, let it sink in and start doing.

Our grandparents would be amazed at the amount of time sitting is spent each day. Even with all the gadgets and gizmos to remind us that we need to get up and move. They would kick our asses for spending that much time ON our asses. Because then they would kick our asses for buying those gadgets and gizmos and ignoring them.

Getting rid of office ass first takes awareness. It doesn’t matter if you work in an office or not you know what I mean by office ass. This is not a dig to anyone who works in an office as has an ass that is big. I am all for a big ass and someone who loves themselves unconditionally. The problem is that when you’re truly honest with yourself you’re not happy with yourself.

It’s ok to go through those emotions. Because being unhappy happens. I recently hit a massive realization that I’ve never given myself any credit for ya yet of the work I’ve done in my life. I’ve been working since I was 13. That’s many years of work and being told “good job” and never taking any credit for it.

The ability to receive is the second step to getting rid of office ass. Receiving proper help comes from trying new things. Whether you’re just stumbling upon my content or you’ve been with me since WOD #1, try new things. The WODs are a foundation. They provide a level of confidence like nothing else out there. It’s something that can only be explained by doing the work. It would be like reading about push-ups and then trying to explain how to do them without ever trying them first.

When I realized that I’ve been deflecting compliments and credit for the work I’ve been doing my whole life I was sad AF. I even cried a little. Crying, by the way, isn’t a bad thing. It’s a way of forgiveness for your ego. You need sadness in order for the joy to show up. Therefore it’s ok to cry.

Lastly, to get rid of office ass you literally need to get off your ass. Sitting on the couch eating chips while watching an episode of game of thrones or some competitive reality tv show isn’t going to change your life. That’s what you’re capable of. Changing your life. You are your own problem and your own solution.

Having the audacity to realize that is what my life’s mission is. Above all, empowering people to take responsibility for their actions and thoughts. Thinking that you’re too old or too tired is only a thought. It’s never too late to start. Even when you’re done with all 365 WODs, there is always something a person can learn from doing them again. Better yet, start making up your own.

Because you’re ready for today’s WOD is the reason your confidence is so high. Therefore it’s time to get to work. Got get it and be grateful that you’re able to get it done. Thank you for being here and supporting me. It means the world to me. I’ll always be there for you because you’re doing the work.

Warm Up- 5 Minutes Cardio
1-6 Rounds

  • Lunges – 30-40 Reps Total
  • Squats – 30-40 Reps
  • Bicycles – 30-40 Reps
  • Jumping Jacks – 40-50 Reps

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Each Pose – Down Dog, Child’s Pose, Up Dog Pose, Down Dog Pose
