Well today's WOD is IS a full body take over AND it's a fat burning workout. Pretty cool right?
WOD #95 is a fat burning cardio workout with a mixture of fun and competition.
As a movement coach I get asked this question a TON of times…
What is better cardio or weights?
My answer is BOTH…
AND you don't have to do them separately…
Cardio training can be moving your body at a pace that increases your heart rate into an aerobic zone and you can teeter on that line of aerobic and anaerobic…
Cardio AND weight training can help with weight loss as well as fat loss…
There IS a difference, but we can cover that on another day…
So let's get to it then…
WOD #96 Full Body Take Over
4 Rounds AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
Do AMRAP for EACH exercise!
Keep track and let me know “your score”
Your Score = The amount of reps you did with each exercise
- Back Straight Leg Raise + Reverse Fly
- Squat Hold 45 seconds- more = more 1 point for extra seconds done!
- Full Body Extensions
This one REALLY got my legs rockin!
