Earning Super Bowl FunnessThe super bowl happens every February and is one of many days people indulge themselves with. This mindset coaching article and WOD will help you with earning super bowl funness.

Whether it’s the Super Bowl, Christmas, New Years or any other day that revolves around food they all are days people take in more calories. Earning those calories is what separates you from those who stay the same or are even more miserable tomorrow. Since you’ve made it to 300 this is very monumental. When’s the last time you’ve stuck with something for 300 days?

Earning super bowl funness doesn’t mean you have to take the fun out of it. Because you’ve you’ve worked so hard those foods don’t tempt you anymore. They are fun still because are choosing them to be fun. It’s not an emotional tie that keeps you going back for thirds and fourths. However, if you’re 100% happy with who you are and where you’re at in life, then by all means, do it up.

It’s those who aren’t happy that are going back for thirds and fourths. That’s who I’m reaching here. Above all, the consistency that’s been created some day 1 is what has gotten you here. Celebrate the hell out of that and eat those little smokies, bacon wrapped dates and all the other fun foods on super bowl Sunday.

Be sure to get your WOD done before the party starts because I’m 99% sure you won’t do if after. Earning super bowl funness is the fun part. The preparation for the party will be the talk of the party. For example, when you walk in or when people come over they’ll notice and ask what you been doing. Even if they don’t they’ll still talk about it afterward. You can simply send them to the 8 Steps To Break Free and they can take it from there.

So get to your WOD by earning super bowl funness and have a great party. Even if people aren’t coming over and you’re cooking all this fun food for yourself, celebrate you.
