Here are 3 Ways To Avoid Holiday Weight Gain

Do 30 seconds of air squats before the “big meal”

Drink a full glass of water before the “big meal”

Chew each bite at least 30 times
Be grateful for what we have today, let’s be grateful for being alive TODAY.
