WOD #133 Strong Legs Wicked Back
5 Minutes Cardio (Watch The Video For Examples Of Cardio)
- Lunges – 16 Reps Total
- :30 – :60 Seconds March In Place / High Knees
- Squat Plus Knee To Elbow – 16 Reps Total
- Deadlift – 20 Reps
Downward Facing Dog / Child’s Pose For 5 Deep Breaths
