Many people are searching for effective thigh workouts, effective leg workouts or even effective stomach workouts.
In all reality today's WOD covers thigh, legs AND stomach. It's crazy to me that there are people out there paying for this kind of service.
The most effective thigh workouts are the ones that don't take much time and are the lowest impact. That's just one man's opinion though ;)…
If you have been doing the WODs since WOD #1 you know that they don't take long at all. In fact, if it does that means you are either doing ALL the rounds or you are still working on your abilities.
