WOD #178 is a solid reminder that there is nothing fancy about moving your ass. Too many people worry about what they look like before they even get to the gym. You know those people. Now, I don’t judge people I simply observe what I see and try to put it into context.

When I see people who look like they fell out of a magazine even before they start sweating I hope they are healthy on the inside too. Because we all can look good from the outside but be VERY torn up on the inside. I created WOD #178 to be a reminder that we don’t have to look good WHILE we are moving our asses, therefore we WILL look good after!

As a result of all of your effort you will feel better, have more energy and even want to do more. #Kobernation you KNOW what I mean there. Starting at WOD #1 and going to WOD #178 is something to be talked about. As I was doing it I was humbly reminded that all it takes is a simple decision to just do it.

The video FOR #WOD 178 is nothing special either. Actually none of the videos for the WODs are. I may not be the most entertaining person in the world, but I am the most thorough. There isn’t anything fancy with the way I do the videos or even create the WODs. Therefore ANYONE can do them.

Conclusion

So that’s today’s message. Be who you are and love that person. Believe in that person. Look at that person staring back at you in the mirror and remind yourself that there is nothing fancy about moving your ass WHILE you do the WOD today (Or any day for that matter) and keep your eye on the prize, which is the END of the workout. 🙂

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
1 – 6 Rounds
Reps: 10-20 Each Exercise

  • Full Body Extensions
  • Flutter Kick
  • Squats
  • Side Crunches

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog Pose
