Keeping Core Stabilization IntriguingKeeping core stabilization intriguing takes a boatload of practice. But does it really have to? That’s always the question that I have. When it comes to working out in the moment you have to be entertained and intrigued.

Boredom

That’s the hard part…

Trying to prevent the boredom each and everyday. That’s why I create new exercises. What happens is if you come from a place of inspiration then you can get each WOD done. If you’ve worked out 3 times a week for quite a while, then the place of inspiration is there.

You’re at the point that you don’t need any prompting. By now you don’t need somebody telling you good job, but that’s what I do. Sometimes the verbal cues never hurt. For the most part to stay out of a place of low motivation it takes continuous work on keeping core stabilization intriguing.

When we entertain ourselves we entertain the thought to get moving again. That’s the whole premise about creating that environment. Basically, back at WOD #1 can be hard. You know some exercises are going to elicit the attitude of…

I can’t do that…

I need some modifications…

And maybe you’re at the place right now where your moving your awareness of your movement patterns to a higher place. It’s a beautiful thing to have that higher awareness.

So my offer for you today is find what actually intrigues you in many ways and then operate from that place.

I hope that makes sense to you. If it doesn’t email me and let’s talk about it. My email is [email protected]. I made WOD #83 and it’s the most beautiful thing to see my kids absorbing the information. I just cranked through it because you make time at keeping core stabilization intriguing because sometimes core stabilization is boring and it’s hard and it is not fun, but it’s very important.

Everything starts at your core…

If you don’t have a strong core, then your posture is weak. Your experience and life in itself becomes very painful and challenging.

So give it a shot…

Let me know how it goes…

Do at least one or two more rounds then you did yesterday.

Without further Ado here is WOD #83…
