WOD #126 Jab Flab While Having Fun
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possilbe)
For 10-15 Minutes
1-2 Minutes Jumping Jacks
- Diamond Push Ups 10-15 Reps
- Squat Speed Bag Punches 40 Reps
- Plank Push Ups 10-15 Reps
- Side Crunches 20 Reps Total
Down Dog – 5 Breaths
