There are MANY things you can do to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul, but only ONE way to get to the CORE of it all. WOD #180 provides you with fundamentally and physically rejuvenating movements.

Notice I said core right? Because your core is VERY important for every movement you make creating WOD #180 was a simple choice. Going through it first always provides some great insight on what AND where you should be feeling it. Therefore one round is completed in the video below.

Afterward your core, not only physically but mentally too, you will feel rejuvenated. Simply completing one round will help you stay exactly where you are at. If a person were to do more, let’s say all 6 rounds, of course that would be better. I do not create the WODs to judge though. Get as many rounds done as you can and feel proud of that.

Conclusion

From here on out you can always come back to this WOD and do these fundamentally and physically rejuvenating movements. There is no limit on how many days in a row a person could or should do them. Do the best you can with everything you do and feel proud of that.

Warm-Up 5 Minutes Cardio
Tabata- 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest

  • Sit-Ups/Crunches
  • Flutter Kick
  • Bicycles
  • Bridges

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths in Down Dog Pose
