Looking for a more efficient way for fat burn? Don’t have much for spare time to fit in your exercise?
Then you’re in luck! THIS Workout is ALL about Fat Burn! Today’s WOD will keep you burning fat for 24 to 36 hours AFTER you finish it. Pretty cool right? Better ways for fat burn is something we’ve all googled a million times over again.
Therefore that’s why I created WOD #3. You no longer have to spend that “time” you say you don’t have, searching for “faster” ways.

Ok here we go:
WOD #3 Fat Burn
- Push-Ups 10-15 reps
- Squats 10- 15 reps shallow or deep
- Burpees 10-15 reps
- Side Crunches- 10-15 reps each side
You Got This!
If you cannot get all 6 Rounds done, then get as many done as you can!
Remember to warm up at least five minutes before doing this or any WOD.
A warm up can be a walk or simply marching in place for five minutes.
