Would you like an endless amount of inner strength? Today’s WOD will really help you with discovering endless inner strength AND create sense of resilience to that voice in your head that tell you “you can’t”.

Discovering your inner strength with movements like a mule kick may seem a little out of the ordinary because we don’t think to use movement as therapy.

Finding inner strength is something most people don’t even take the time to think about.

Consequently those who do however have a MASSIVE amount of gratitude for that inner strength.

Finding inner strength and confidence is especially after a break up, after having a baby or even after a death in the family may seem difficult at first and sometimes impossible.

Because this is WOD #148 this isn’t my first rodeo when it comes to movement.

Therefore I assure you that after you complete as much as you can you WILL feel better about yourself. If not then hit me up via email and let’s talk.

WOD #148 Discovering Endless Inner Strength

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

1 – 6 Rounds

Reps: 20

  • Standing Front Leg Raise To Side Leg Raise
  • Mule Kick
  • Hydrants
  • Squats

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog / Child’s Pose
