Do you ever get bored of your current exercise routine. Well today’s WOD will provide you with different movements and different doesnt always mean hard. It can mean your body simply needs to be challenged in a different way.
Many of my clients look at me like I’m crazy when I show them different movements like a plank walk out or a half sit up.
But that’s what your body craves after it get’s use to the common workouts like bench press, loaded squats, bicep curls and seated row.
Because I am an Exercise Physiologist I have studied the art of movement and the biological effects of those movements. Therefore I created today’s WOD. As a result of all the WODs I create people are getting healthy and loving the challenge.
I call those people the Kobernation. All it takes a little open mindedness and a ton of readiness to change.
Different doesnt always mean hard and because there ARE modifications to MOST exercises and movements it CAN be done.

WOD #165 Different Doesn’t Always Mean Hard
Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
1 – 6 Rounds
- Plank Walk Outs – 10 Reps
- Half Sit – Ups
- Single Leg Bridges – 20 Reps Each Side / 40 Reps Total
- Sitting Cross Punches – 20 Reps Each Side / 40 Reps Total
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog / Child’s Pose
