Starting over and over and over again with fitness and health is VERY tiring. That’s why I create daily WODs so you can count down to greatness. They eliminate the start and stopping of ANY program.

When you start from WOD #1 and get to WOD #179 you will feel SO proud and SO great. The time you give yourself is very important. TAKING the time time to do each WOD is one step towards your greatness. The problem people have is making and/or taking the time to do it.

Greatness is an emotion. Feeling great is a choice. Because of our frontal lobe (a part of our brain) we have capabilities to be great in no time at all. It simply takes the choice over and over again to BE great.

We go from thinking, to doing, to being. Once you start to THINK you are great, as a result of your thoughts, you will start to DO the things that great people do and lastly you will be BE great.


It takes daily practice to do this. WOD 179/365 will help you count down to greatness. Can you imagine WHEN (Not If) you get to 365? I believe you are already GREAT! Now it’s your turn to believe it!

WOD #179 Count Down To Greatness

Warm-up – 5 Minutes Cardio

Reps: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

  • Batmans
  • Deadlift
  • Back Lunges

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths in Down Dog Pose
