Having strong core values and a strong core in my opinion are one of those things that a successful lifestyle is all about. Today’s workout definitely will help your core values become solid because it’s all up to you at the end of the day.
A strong core will help you stay mobile into the later years of your life. Sometimes we take our core strength for granted can let’s not forget to make it a common practice every day 2 strengthen our core.
So let’s get into that practice with WOD #90…
WOD #90 Core Values Become Solid
- Plank- Hold 30 seconds
- Side Plank Rotations- 10-15 reps per side
- V-Sit – 10- 15 reps
- Bicycles- 20-30 reps total
- Butt Lifts- 10-15 reps
- Star Fish- 10-15 reps per side
If you are willing to change from the neck up, then you WILL change from the neck down!
