Do you have Cellulite spots? Well WOD #159 is a Butt Buster Targeting Cellulite Spots.
In all reality spot training or spot reductions are even possible because the body takes the extra energy AKA Fat AKA Cellulite from where IT wants to first.
Usually it comes off your face, neck and chest.
Then from there is all about genetics.
Consequently I have created today’s WOD to help speed that process up a little.
To tell you the truth that’s why I create ALL the WODs like that.
It takes constant practice to keep your body guessing to what’s going to happen next.
Once your body gets back into stasis you plateau. Plateaus are a story for a other day.
Conclusion
Today’s Butt Buster Targeting Cellulite not only will give your body what it needs to use up that Cellulite, it will also give your mind what IT wants to feel love and joy again.
So here it is…
WOD #159 Butt Buster Targeting Cellulite Spots
Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
1 – 6 Rounds
Rest 1 Minute In-between Rounds
Reps: 20
- Squats
- Leg Circles (Forward)
- Back Lunges
- Leg Circles (Backwards)
- Side Leg Raises
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Child’s Pose / Down Dog
