Basically it’s a mix of power and endurance. Taking your mind and body to that place of “pushing yourself”
When your muscles are feeling like they are so strong and you have no more pump to get to, try to do ONE more rep. THAT is what separates your body from maintenance and growth.
Pushing through that “last rep” will get you the gains you are looking for…
Take it from me…
A former fat kid who never even did ANYTHING growing up.
I could ALWAYS push through and eat one more scoop of ice cream, but now I push through and do one more rep.
Now it’s YOUR turn to give this new trick a shot.

WOD #132 Awesome Summer Arms Year Round
Warm-Up 5 Minutes
Examples: Go for a quick walk, March In Place, High Knees, Jump Rope
- Up Row Curl- 15-20 Reps
- Rest 20 – 30 Seconds
- Dips- 15-20 Reps
- Rest 20-30 Seconds
- Bent Hammer Curl / Triceps Extension – 15-20 reps
- Rest 20-30 Seconds
- Repeat circuit 2-3 or even 4 more times for awesome summer arms year round.
