Let’s take a minute and talk about Worthy Abundant Movement Patterns. It’s something most people overlook when they are trying to lose weight.

Isn’t it nuts to think that when we were kids we didn’t THINK about moving…

We just did…

Having to THINK about movement obviously starts within…

What gets my mind all bogged up is this…

When did our minds stop thinking that movement isn’t necessary anymore?

Because the truth is movement is a KEY player in our bodies path to homeostasis.

As a result you become more in tune with your truth, meaning peace and tranquility. Due to inactivity our bodies become the “mind” and our mind becomes victim to the body. Which then means we ONLY pay attention to 3 things…

  1. The Time (We focus on how much we DON’T have time to do something)
  2. The Body (We focus on how we look and what kind of pain we have)
  3. The Environment (We focus on where we are and we don’t want to be there any longer)

Consequently after moving your body, your self worth goes extremely high when you are in your truth. When your body is in a state of balance (homeostasis) you become a higher sense of self.

Movement IS one of those ways to get to that state.

The other way is meditation. It just seems as people have not taken that as truth yet. It’s easier to get you to move than it is to get you to sit still. 😉 Hence why I create daily WODs to get people to move more.

In conclusion to this topic, let’s get you moving.

Here it is…

WOD #143 Worthy Abundant Movement Patterns

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

Tabata Style – 3 rounds equals about 6 Minutes

1-6 Rounds

  • Plank Push Ups
  • Wood Chops
  • Plank Jacks
  • Staggered Step Chops

Cool Down- 5 deep breaths in down dog / child’s pose
