Workouts You Do From HomeNow before starting any exercise program please please please get cleared by your primary doctor. This is Work Out of The Day #1. These workouts you do from home or ANYWHERE for that matter. You can workout from home, from the office, hotel, while you are on vacation… ANYWHERE! 😉

These workouts will help you with weight loss, gain muscle, feel good and are very efficient.

The Workouts I put together are for strength, endurance, balance, coordination, core, and posture.

These Workouts CAN Be Done From Home!

They do NOT require any equipment. To begin all you need is body weight because you will know if you can or cannot perform an exercise because your body/joints will tell you. Let pain be your guide. If you have muscle soreness, that is “normal”. But, if you have joint pain, then you HAVE to listen to your body and what it’s telling you.
You can do these workouts while watching TV if you would like. That’s completely OK! You can do these workouts with your children even! I DID!

6 Rounds Tabata Style

Tabata- 20 seconds as hard and as fast as you can go and 10 seconds rest…

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Bridges
  • Side Crunches
