The KoberNation starts and ends with me. Having the audacity to say that has taken some time. Keeping us down is impossible. No matter what happens there will always be someone changing their life. This mindset coaching article is for the KoberNation.
Keeping us down is impossible because when a person’s mind is made up there isn’t anything that change it. The commitment to yourself starts when you increase your self worth. Therefore, it’s something that is never finished. Only on your deathbed is it finished. Constantly improving is why the KoberNation will always prevail.
On a daily basis people are defying their old life. Because each new movement learned and each learned movement practiced prepares you for your new life. The capabilities run deep and only get deeper with exposure to new and familiar experiences. Therefore by doing the work you’ll experience more in your lifetime.
To say that I’m proud of the KoberNation is an understatement. Gratitude is another feeling I have for each person who has decided to stop complaining and start doing. Above all, it’s such a great movement that is being created with each mind that’s changed.
If you’re reading this and doing the work, I thank you for every moment. You’re doing it and that means the world to me. Because you’re doing the work your mindset and awareness increase each day. Warm Up- 5 Minutes Cardio
- Wide Push-Ups -10-30 Reps
- Shoulder Mobility Plank – 20-30 Reps Total
- Bear Crawl – 10-20 Reps
- Hight Plank Knee To Elbow – 40-50 Reps Total
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Each Pose – Down Dog, Child's Pose, Up Dog Pose, Down Dog Pose
