Workout For Thighs And Spare Tire
We all want nice legs and that spare tire GONE right?? Well in this workout I give you spare tire exercises. It takes a little work, but it is designed to teach you exercises to get rid of your spare tire around the waist.
Exercises for spare tire stomach is a pretty specific workout, but you have come to the right place. These exercises I show in the video below are awesome and the single leg dead-lift (in my opinion) is the best exercise for spare tire.
Here it is:
WOD #22 Workout For Thighs And Spare Tire
Squat- Hold 30-60 seconds
Single leg dead lift- 15 reps each side
Opposite Arm and Leg- 20 reps each side

Get as much finished as you can done!
