Workout Of The Day #32
Working Against Gravity Today
Today's WOD is all about the plank. Now the title of it comes from what we all know is there, but we don't really think about it pulling us down. I am talking about gravity.
You may say to yourself from time to time, gravity is working against me and I would say you are right.
Gravity pulls everything down…
And I mean EVERYTHING!
But there IS a way to keep your body from the effects of gravity. Today's WOD covers three very effective exercises to do just that. They are the plank, heel touches and side plank. Get as much done as you can and you will find that your body will actually feel like your muscles are working against gravity today. You will have the strength you need to continue on with all of your daily to-do's without all the pain from workout out.

WOD #32 Working Against Gravity Today
- Plank- Hold for 30 seconds
- Heel Touch- 30 reps total
- Side Plank- Hold for 30 seconds each side
