Why Wait Until Its Too LateToo many people think they have time to check things off their bucket lists. Why Wait Until its too late? It’s time to start realizing that life is short. This mindset coaching article will rewire your brain from later to now.

There’s a big misconception about later and now. We are full of instant gratification and pleasures. Working in the EMS field has opened my eyes to that 10 fold. We want to be fixed right away.

From medications to surgeries we want it all right now. When it comes to doing less of shit you hate and more of the things you love I’m all for it. However, there’s a level of practicality that comes along with it. Follow your body, more specifically your heart.

Ask yourself what you need to become happy. Why Wait Until its too late? Your death bed will be there sooner than you think. Doing shit you hate will only speed that process up. Again, the EMS field has opened my eyes to how short life really is.

Before working in the EMS field I thought that I had plenty of time to learn and grow. It turns out that there is a finite amount of time we all get and it’s up to us to be aware of what we put our attention on it can be frustrating to me to know that there are people out there that still think they don’t have time to exercise.

Why Wait Until its to late to start working on your health and wellness? It’s beyond your control after you’ve fallen and become a quadriplegic. Or high cholesterol and blood pressure. They are preventable in most cases.

The last years of your life are supposed to be the golden years. Spent doing stuff you love to do not being miserable and bitter. What you do in your 20s 30s and 40s sets you up for your 50s 60s and 70s.

One round minimum is all I’m asking for each day. Why Wait Until its too late to get healthy and stay that way?

Have fun!
