Since day one you’ve probably been dreaming what you’d do if you got to a point where people tell you that you look great. Then they ask what have you been doing. It’s up to you to tell them, but really all you gotta say is this…

I’ve Been Moving More and Becoming Familiar With Myself.

You’d be amazed the looks you get with that response. Your attitude about yourself will change because of that answer. Therefore you’ll glow from head to toe.

Why everyone wants what you have is another reason to keep going. It takes consistency to become the person you are today. You can give everyone what you have if you choose to do so. The power is in YOUR hand.

If I were you, I’d form a group/community of people and start at WOD #1. Then you can keep one another accountable. Each day you get another WOD done. That would be my advice to give everyone what you have.

So let’s keep on giving everyone what you have… 🙂

WOD #196 Why Everyone Wants What You Have

Warm-Up- 5 Minutes Cardio

1-6 Rounds

  • Squat – Curl – Press – 10-20 Reps
  • Reverse Flyes – 10-20 Reps
  • Standing Knee To Elbow – 20-40 Total
  • Side Plank Pulse- 10-20 Reps Each Side

*Extra Credit 1-2 Minutes Marching In Place

Cool Down- 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog Pose
