Weight Loss Before Beach TimeIt doesn’t matter what time of year it is, there’s always time for weight loss before beach time. Any beach time you’ve ever had, my intuition tells me that you’ve tried to prepare for it.

Being an Exercise Physiologist since 2008 has it’s perks, but when people ask me three to six months before they go on vacation…

How to lose weight before vacation?

Or…

What diet should I go on before I go on vacation?

I get pretty pissed off. They OBVIOUSLY don’t have a CLUE of what it takes to REALLY change their lifestyle. To be real honest I don’t even answer back. It could be my own Mother, who I love and am grateful for each and every day, but I STILL won’t answer those kind of questions.

It’s ludicrous to think that ANY short term bull-shit program will actually help you make PERMANENT changes. There are too many posers out there that have NO CLUE what the hell they’er doing. They’er simply looking for a quick buck.

We all know that when a person is ON vacation all we do is eat and drink crap foods. Losing weight after vacation becomes even harder. Why would people do this to themselves?!

In conclusion get after this WOD and keep going #Kobernation because you’re doing it and I’m VERY proud of you. You’re finding the PERMANENT changes and every day is an opportunity for weight loss before beach time. Keep up the good work!

Warm-Up – 5 Minutes Cardio (At Least)
1-6 Rounds

  • Plank Twists – 30 Reps Total
  • Bear Walk – Go Until You Feel Tired
  • Dips – 20 Reps
  • Spider-man Push-Ups – 10 Reps Total

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog Pose
