Want Sleek Slim Stronger Thighs
With this WOD I will show you how to shape thighs quickly. This specific WOD has exercises for the look of thinner thighs and hips as well as adding strength to them as the same time.
There are MANY slim leg workout plans out there but I think what hey are lacking is the ability to do two things that matter most:
That is what I specialized in most is #2. If you need any modification for any exercise I am your guy.
We all have different thigh shapes, but with this WOD I show you how to shape your thighs and hips to where you have the look that everyone wants… AKA… Sleek, Slim and Strong.
Let’s get to it then.
WOD #27 Want Sleek Slim Stronger Thighs
- Hydrant Kicks- 20 reps total
- Leg Circles- 20 reps forward, 20 reps backward- Each leg
- Side Crunches- 10 reps
