This is an upper body workout that will make you think. Today’s workout of the day is a great upper body workout without weights. You can do this from home or anywhere you are! this is also an upper body workout for beginners. You can throw this into any workout schedule to mix it up or do it every other day. Your body AND mind will thank you for it! This upper body workout does make you think you are invincible after you are done!

Upper Body Workout That Will Make You Think | WOD #11
- Plank Push ups- 5-10 reps
- Plank Jacks- 20 reps
- Knee to Chest In Plank Pose- 20 reps
Let me known how it goes!!
If you cannot get 5 rounds, that is 100% acceptable!
What’s NOT acceptable is not even trying AND not letting me know how many rounds you DID!
