Think about the last time you competed a full workout without feeling discouraged or negative. Today’s WOD will have your upper body abilities challenged to the core and feeling positive about your progress.
During the making of the video my son Samuel says the word CAN’T. It’s something to challenge yourself physically but it’s something MORE to challenge yourself mentally too. Now in this video he’s only two years old and doesn’t even KNOW his capabilities yet.
Isn’t it funny that when we THINK we can’t do something we automatically write it off as “not possible”?
Since WOD #1 I’ve been teaching you how to move your body in a way that is the most efficient. My children have been soaking it in. I find this very fascinating because it’s one big experiment for me and whomever else is on this journey with me.
Your children can be on this journey with you too. Why not workout with them around because eventually they’ll want to do what you’re doing. In fact, no matter WHAT you do, they’ll want to do what you’re doing because all they REALLY want is your attention. Therefore they’ll do whatever it takes to get it.
Conclusion
When you complete today’s WOD I encourage you to be proud of yourself and to open up your mind to new possibilities. Begin to become familiar with your capabilities not only physically but mentally too.
So let’s get moving!
