Getting something new feels REALLY good. Learning something new also feels REALLY good. Upgrading current knowledge base is something that happens to do with your willingness to change.
Getting to WOD #194 and I’m guessing your willingness is VERY high. There are a ton of resources out there when it comes to health and wellness.
And knowing how to find them can be hard.
In today’s world of google how do you know your resource is a good one?
Either a person has experience or education or BOTH.
That’s how I decide if a person had the correct credentials. The technical side of the health and wellness world is one thing, but relate-ability is another. Therefore with each WOD you will be able to relate what is being conveyed by the amount of change you’ve had.
That might not make sense now, but after you get the WOD done, come back and then read all of this again.
Each time you complete a WOD you change a little more and you TOTALLY are upgrading your current knowledge base without even thinking about it.
So let’s get to it shall we?

Warm-Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
1-6 Rounds
Tabata (20 Seconds On, 10 Seconds Off)
- Deadlifts Plus Up Row
- Full Body Extension
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog Pose
