Understanding What Core MeansAfter talking with people about their goals there are still misconceptions about the core. We all want sexy flat tummy’s. Understanding what core means that you’re letting go of the old perspective that your core is only the front of the body. This mindset coaching article will provide insight into the core of the body so that the lack of not having a six-pack goes away.

Let’s start by thinking about an apple. Whether you eat them or not it doesn’t matter. Look at the Apple and see if you can find the “front” of the Apple. Then find the “back” of the Apple. This is a tricky task. The apple has no front or back. It’s like the omega, never-ending.

Now, imagine eating around the apple until all of the edible parts are eaten. What is left? Understand what core means is taking your current awareness about your body to another depth. What’s left is the Apple core. There is no front or back of the Apple core.

The same concept applies to the human body. However, there is a front of the body called the anterior plane. The back of the body is called the posterior plane. These two planes are used to describe what parts of the body are being used. Understanding what the core means that those planes of motion don’t actually separate anything at all.

The human body’s core isn’t the front, sides or back. It’s all three. Too many people focus on sexy flat tummy’s. Because of the marketing wrapped around that people buy into it. The Apple correlation works perfectly because of the apple’s core. The core is where it all begins.

If you eat the apple all the way down to the core and there are weak spots within the core then the apple breaks in half. That’s what happens when a person hurts their discs in the back. More times than not the person’s core is weak and is not able to protect the joints within the discs.

Even the front of the body can get injured. Abdominal hernias happen all too often because of an imbalance within the musculoskeletal makeup. Finding balance working the front and the back of the core will prevent injuries. It will also give you the sexy look you’re looking for.

This workout of the day will provide you with the movements required to work your entire core to prevent an injury. Understanding what core means that you’re letting go of the vanity look. You’re making the shift to change your mind so that you can change your body. Keep up the great work.
