Have you ever felt like you had to trick yourself into shape? Really what kind of shape do you want to be in?

Why do we use the word shape anyways?

Being “in shape” can mean anything really.

Today’s WOD will provide you with ways to actually trick yourself into shape without even thinking about.

Therefore you’ll have stronger triceps, core strength and over all strong arms.


The point of all this is to help YOU feel better about yourself. Being a certain shape has nothing to do with that. Just remember this is one person’s opinion. So let’s get to the tricking because time is ticking and we all know that we don’t want to waste any more time.

So here it is…

WOD #157 Trick Yourself Into Shape

10 Reps of each movement

1-6 Rounds

Warm Up – 5 minutes cardio

  • Burpees / Full Body Extensions
  • Back Bows
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Jumping Lunge
  • Plank Push-Ups

Cool down – 5 deep breaths in down dog or child’s pose
