When it comes down to it all you have to do is go to YouTube and search glute workouts. The only question becomes what credentials does the person in front of that camera have?
What Does It Take To Know How To Tone Your Booty Persistently?
My opinion is education, experience and empathy…
If you are meeting me for the first time and wondering what MY education, experience and empathy looks like then here they are:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from North Dakota State University
- Former Fat Fat
- Former Slightly Overweight Adult
- I’ve Worked With Clients Of ALL Walks Of Life Since I was 19 Years Old
- Working with chronic pain patients (Lower back pain, Joint pain, Fibromyalgia, All types of Arthritis, MS, Ataxia and much more)
- Working with those who suffer from mental illness (Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia)
That’s me in a nutshell…
While there are some crazy awesome bootylicious workouts out there I simply stick with what is the most efficient, fun and cost effective.
So you may ask yourself what are some exercises for stomach muscles or love handle workouts or even inner thigh workouts?
Well today’s WOD covers all of those!
So, let’s get right to it!
Here is WOD #46 Tone Your Booty Persistently
2 Rounds For Time
(Which means do this workout as FAST as you can!!)
- Bridges- 30 Reps
- Batmans- 30 Reps
- Body weight Up Downs- 30 Res
Exercise does NOT have to take a long time…
It just has to be efficient and executed daily!!
