They will try to keep you down because change can be scary. When enough people have been told about your progress they start avoiding you because they’re scared you’ll try to change them too. The people closest to you will run the fastest. I’m here to tell you to let them all run. Above all, trust your gut.
The ones who return to you are the ones who love you for who you are and who you are becoming. However, you’ve always been the person who you were meant to be and sometimes not. Forgive yourself and begin loving your life for every moment. Become excited for what’s to come and be even more excited for this very moment.
Those who are close to you will either understand and stay, go or leave forever. Embrace that and love it until it doesn’t hurt anymore. Ask yourself one question.
What hurts more, being someone you’re not or being someone you are?
They will keep you down by reminding you of that person you’re not. Therefore, it's time to doing something different each day because of the person you don’t even recognize in the mirror anymore. That person who is always feeling like they’re not enough. A person who needs “stuff” to make them happy.
With each WOD and mindset shift, you become the person that feels limitless and unstoppable. When you stop letting them keep you down life becomes easy. You start to feel more confident. It’s time you spread your wings and rise up to your potential each and every day.
Surround yourself with others that make you feel light, happy and free. Let go of people who make you feel heavy, dark and cold. Because the WODs create the space for you to become the space of light, each and every day you grow closer to the person you want to become. After you complete this WOD I Challenge you to send a text filled with love and kindness to someone you haven’t talked to in a while. But don’t text and drive. Just saying.

Warm Up- 5 Minutes Cardio
- Squat Push Press – 20-30 Reps
- Plank Jacks – 30-40 Reps
- Supine Heel Grabs – 40-50 Reps Total
- Mtn. Climbers – 50-60 Reps
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Each Pose – Down Dog, Child's Pose, Up Dog Pose, Down Dog Pose
