When talking about experience you should probably know mine because today’s WOD is about surging lifes crucial movements. Personal trainers without ANY experience are everywhere.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Which is equivalent to a kinesiology degree.
With that degree I had to go through some pretty serious courses. Such as EKG, Biomechanics and Kinesiology.
I loved each and every one of them, but kinesiology was my favorite.
Learning biomechanical skills came in a close second.

Basically it’s movement with the correct amount of pressure within your joints…
Even that sounds too scientific.
Let’s just call it the study of movement.
Movement and learning are two VERY important aspects of my life. Everything I learn I teach…
