SO enough about what kids do and let’s change gears to what today’s WOD will help you with…

WOD #133 Strong Legs Wicked Back

1-6 Rounds

Warm-Up
5 Minutes Cardio (Watch The Video For Examples Of Cardio)

  • Lunges – 16 Reps Total
  • :30 – :60 Seconds March In Place / High Knees
  • Squat Plus Knee To Elbow – 16 Reps Total
  • Deadlift – 20 Reps

Cool Down
Downward Facing Dog / Child’s Pose For 5 Deep Breaths
