Have you ever been so determined to succeed but your mind takes over? Today’s WOD will help you become a strong body healing mind.
The fact is that if we have not mentally rehearsed what we want out life to look like our mind will take over and put our focus on what we already know…
Which is the past.
So that’s why today you are going to do what’s called AMRAP…
As Many Reps As Possible
That is where the mind kicks in. As soon as you THINK you cannot do any more, I want to challenge you to do one or two more. Then I also want you to write these down.
The mind body healing connection comes from that place of purity. When you get to that place of pure center you will know because you WILL be able to do one or two more reps.
This is what athlete’s do when they practice. This is a mind body healing technique that I have used over and over again to increase my strength, decrease body fat and be more in touch with my inner self.
So let’s get to today’s WOD…
Here it is…
WOD #136 Strong Body Healing Mind
Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
- Push Ups
- Mtn Climbers
- High Knees
- Plank Twists
Extra Credit – 2 Minutes March In Place
Cool Down – Down Dog / Child’s Pose For 5 Deep Breaths
