The best fat burner exercises are the ones that increase your heart rate with the least amount of impact. At least that’s MY opinion.
Today’s WOD is full of them, WITH modifications. Molly and Samuel help too. 😉
I’m all about letting my kids join in with the videos because then they see what hard work it takes for permanent fat loss.
Everything I do is at home. Especially exercises to burn fat at home. Each day you could do one round or all six rounds.
You GET to CHOOSE how fast or slow your fat burn happens.
The higher the intensity and impact, the faster the fat loss. But be very aware of how your muscles and joints feel.
Pretty much every workout I create is a HIIT workout. HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) is one of the best fat burning exercises for new parents because it doesn’t take a ton of time. We all know how much time we DON’T have as patents right? Lol 😉
So let’s get to today’s fat loss workout…
