Today’s WOD will provide you with exercises to life and round buttocks. Also known as simple targeted butt back movements that will make your buttocks bigger in a GOOD way.

Too many of us want smaller butts. Why would you want the biggest muscle in your body to the small? That’s nuts to me.

Today’s WOD is all about bum exercises to get a bigger bum not a smaller one. When I say bigger really it means stronger. Chips, cookies, ice cream, fried chicken and McDonald’s will also help you get a bigger bum, but NOT the kind that anyone WANTS!

What you are about to go through are the most effective buttocks exercises for strength, endurance, flexibility and balance… Oh yeah, and don’t let’s not forget about the fat that’s going to go away too.

So let’s get to today’s WOD…

WOD #135 Simple Targeted Butt Back Movements

1 – 6 Rounds

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

  • Pulse Squats – 40 Reps
  • Deadlift – 20 Reps
  • Single Leg Deadlift – 16 Reps Total
  • Supermans – 15 – 20 Reps

***Extra Credit***
Since I wasn’t a very good student in school, I have decided to give out extra credit. I remember in school NEVER getting ANY extra credit. SO, I now GOT my extra credit!! 🙂 And YOU can TOO!

Extra Credit is 1 – 2 minutes marching in place. THAT’ IT!! You KNOW you can do that!

Then when that is all done remember to cool down…

Cool Down – Down Dog / Child’s Pose for 5 deep breaths
