Simple But Effective WorkoutThis WOD is pretty simple but still packs a calorie burning punch!!

I make simple but effective workouts for abs. What I do is keep all the complicated stuff OUT of working out. In today’s busy world none of us have time to be sitting in a gym or watching stuff that takes up too much of your time.

I make simple but effective workout routines. If you cannot understand what you are trying to do, then how are you suppose to achieve any of your goals? These simple effective workouts to do at home or anywhere for that matter are going to help you lose weight and gain much more than just muscle… Self Confidence! That is what matters MOST!

Simple But Effective Workout

Simple but effective meaning the workouts may be difficult in the beginning, but they will get easier. You WILL get stronger. You WILL have more energy!

Ok here we go:

Workout Of The Day (WOD) #9 Simple But Effective Workout

Reps= 5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5

  • Push Ups
  • Crunches

Do this as fast as you can!!
