Working your shoulders isn’t always very fun, but today’s workout is all about shoulder strengthening made fun. That’s what working out SHOULD be is FUN!

If you are’t having fun with your current workout routine, you may want to think about changing your work out routine. It doesn’t have to be a drastic change. Keep your changes simple and small, that way they will be sustainable.

Today’s WOD helps you build up your shoulder strength with or without weights. Even limb weight can be PLENTY of resistance for your exercise routine.

So let’s get to it shall we?

WOD #128 Shoulder Strengthening Made Fun

1-2 Minutes Warm Up

As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP)
For 4 Rounds

  • Push-Ups
  • Side Raise / Front Raise / Over Head Press
  • Spider Climbers

Cool Down
Down Dog for 5 deep breaths
