Shit Happens For A ReasonHave you ever wondered why you’ve had the experiences in your life? Shit happens for a reason. We simply don’t get to know why right away. This mindset coaching article will reveal what to look for when asking why things happen.

Experiences in my life use to be labeled good or bad. However, it’s been a complete waste of time to judge all experiences as good or bad. All experiences are amazing if you’re in the mindset of gratitude and receivership. Because our society tells us that a death in the family is sad and getting fired for a job is bad. We label those experiences that way and learn to do that from our parents and/or caregivers.

Have you ever thought that shit happens for a reason? At the moment of the experience, the reason may or may not be clear. Take some time to analyze the events leading up to the experience. Keep all labels off and look at it from the outside looking in. Unbiased and pure analysis is very important.

This takes practice for sure and is totally doable. Have you ever gotten fired from a job? Then realized that what you got fired for wasn’t even a real reason to be fired for in the first place? People talk and tell stories about you and if other people believe that without checking the facts, then that’s on them.

Shit happens for a reason. I got fired from a job once. The reason was bogus and after finding out more it happened to be from a hateful person. When people hate other people it only means they hate themselves. We all have opinions. Stand up for your right of the First Amendment and exercise that right. Even if legal actions aren’t taken it doesn’t mean that you’ve given up. It only means that taking the high road and building people up is better than tearing them down. Because going to their hateful level makes you no better than them.

If I were giving my opinion about someone or a company in public, then why is that different when it’s on social media or here on my website? Companies get to decide if that’s right or wrong. In all reality, we are choosing to let them decide that. Going to a lawyer is our right as an American. Understanding what your rights are is the first action a person can take.

Wrongful termination is something people don’t know much about. Mostly has to do with race, age, and gender, but in this day and age, social media termination can fall under this position. Getting fired for having an opinion happens because most states are an “At Will Employment” state. That means employees and employers can quit/fire without giving any reason at all.

Shit happens for a reason and we don’t get to know why. Looking back on the experience of getting fired I soon realized that it was a blessing in disguise. I’ve never been fired from a job before. I’m grateful for that experience and am proud of myself for being the bigger person. Going straight to the source of the “problem” has a different outcome with this experience. Clearly, that didn’t happen because if it did, then getting fired for “a post on my commercial website” would have never have happened and would have never been able to receive the mental clarity of what is in store for me.

What’s even crazier to me is that I post my opinion and coaching articles here and got fired for it. The craziest part is that a person I worked with completely lied about a MAJOR part of the job and didn’t even get as much as a reprimand. This type of shit happens all the time in companies and it makes me sick. One bad apple ruins everything. Just get rid of the bad apple already because cancer spreads quick sours the bunch quickly.

It’s one thing to work well with processes and set up rules. It’s another to completely ignore them and single people out. Again, all of this is my opinion. Opinions are like assholes, we all have them. Shit happens for a reason and trusting each experience as it happens is the fun part. Not judging it or judging anyone.

Sometimes we need a little humbling experience to remind us that there’s a path we were meant to be walking on. If we get sidetracked and need a little push back onto that path, then stop and go within yourself to listen to what’s being put in front of you. I have no regrets about my actions because I have full faith within myself that everything will be great.

Each story I read about someone getting fired for their opinions is bullshit. That’s why ever since I started my first job I vowed to myself that I’d own my own business someday. That way I can create a culture that people want to come to every day. The KoberNation brings all of these characteristics to life. People are loving how they feel when they discover it. Above all CEO’s, managers and supervisors need to realize that you work for the employees, not the other way around.

Spread the positivity and ditch the bullshit. You have one life and focusing on stupid shit will only waste your time and energy. Shit happens for a reason and will continue to happen to you until you learn from it. The best part of knowing is knowing that you know. Now that your awareness is there start by listening to yourself. Follow your gut. It’s scary at first and the best part is it gets easier. Forget about finding the reason why shit happens. Whether looking for it or not, shit will always happen. It’s the perspective and judgment a person puts on the experience that makes it good, bad or otherwise.
