Looking for real movements holding belief within yourself? Then look NO further. I use the word movement instead of exercise because I think by now exercise is over used. Therefore our minds take it in as a negative activity.

There are many ways to start believing in yourself, but there is only ONE way to ACTUALLY make it so. That way is consistency with a plan.

If you have been following these WODs since WOD #1, then you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about. If this is your first exposure to seeing my work, then I suggest you START at WOD #1.

Simplicity is key because in today’s world we over complicate things and as a result we get no where. We also want “it” yesterday. Which is not good considering we haven’t done ANY of the work to get what we want, we simply just want “it”.

So instilling the belief that you CAN do anything you want in life takes constant practice and increased awareness. Did you know that the brain takes in 400,000,000,000 bits of information per second? But our minds have been wired to only pick up or “pay attention” to 2,000 bits per seconds.

Therefore most people’s awareness is NOT very high. Basically our bodies are our minds. We have trained our bodies to BE the mind.

What I mean is this…

Have you ever went about your day and wondered to yourself “Wow, where did the day go? I don’t even remember what I did.”

That’s your body taking over. Basically you are sleeping, but are awake. That is a VERY sad way to live.

My conclusion today is to WAKE UP with WOD #147 and get some real movements in to start holding your belief that you CAN do EVERYTHING you want in life.

So let’s get to it…

WOD #147 Real Movements Holding Belief

Warm Up – 5 minutes Cardio

1 – 6 Rounds

  • Push – Up Hold 30 seconds
  • Dip Hold 30 seconds
  • Plank Hold 39 seconds

Cool down – down dog / child’s pose for 5 deep breaths
