What I have learned through many hours of working out and even worse NOT working out is that if we workout we have MORE energy. Isn’t that crazy to think that if we workout we have MORE energy?

One would think that if we “save” our energy we would then have more energy right?

Well I am here today to tell you that is not right. I don’t correct my clients too often because I want them to go through the experience themselves and they would then have the solution whatever problem they come to me with, but this is one of those times when I will make an exception to that rule.

Having purposefully planned premier energy takes practice. Once you realize that working out actually provides you with energy you will stick with it longer. Now to expect perfection right off the bat is unrealistic. It’s like learning to read or ride a bike. You need reps in order to get better.

Today’s WOD gives you a basic task to repeat those reps and to add a layer on top of that. TIME…

Time is one of those things I think most people forget about when it comes to testing yourself. That’s why you are going to be timing your WOD today. You can always come back and re-test whenever you feel like it.

I personally LOVE the Fully Body Extension. That’s why I put it to the test at least once a month AND I put it right here at WOD #63.

So let’s get to it shall we?

WOD #63 Purposefully Planned Premier Energy

  • Beginner- 50 Full Body Extensions (For Time)
  • Let me know what your time is!! PLEASE!
  • You can do 5 rounds of 10 or 10 rounds of 5 or
    whatever it takes!!
  • Just believe in YOU that you CAN do it!!
  • Because I KNOW you CAN!!
  • Advanced- 100 Full Body Extensions (For Time)
  • Again, let me know your time, PLEASE!!
