WOD #153 Preparing Yourself Because Greatness Awaits
Warm up – 5 minutes cardio
10, 20 or 30 reps of each movement
- Single Leg Push Ups
- Wide push ups
- Staggered hand push ups
- Tricep push ups
- Side push ups
Cool down – 5 deep breaths in down dog / child’s pose
