Paying For Personal Training
Paying for personal training may seem like something that only the upper class does. Because society hasn’t come to realIze that personal training provides the specificity needed to completely change a person’s life, the WODs are created. Going from only asking for tips and free advice to paying a personal trainer is what it takes to go to the next level of commitment.

Free isn’t a bad option. It’s what you make of it. Therefore that’s the reason the WODs are free. All of the WODs have modifications, so that you can choose the intensity you’re ready for. Paying for personal training is the other option.

When you’re ready to be paying for personal training there’s a certain level of seriousness you bring onto yourself. You’re adding more tools to your toolbox of health. All kinds of resources are needed to keep yourself accountable, motivated and inspired. Some can do that without paying for personal training. However, many accept the fact that they need the trainer for more than just training.

When you know yourself well enough to know that without paying for personal training you won’t stick with it. It won’t be a sacrifice to “afford” personal training. It will feel more like reallocating funds to your health and well-being. That way nothing will stop your journey.

Let’s face it, noting will stop your journey either way because life is the journey. The truth about paying for personal training is just like paying a mechanic to fix your car. Sure you can do it yourself, which most of the time I do, but a solid check up is required. How often is up to you.

Hiring a personal trainer might seem luxurious if you’re on a tight budget, but if you really want to get the most out of your workouts, a trainer is a great investment. The improvement in your health and fitness levels can have long-term payment in quality of life, happiness and even decreased health care costs. Therefore you’re actually saving money.

A person can work with me directly or indirectly. What I mean by that is we can meet up in person or video chat. That’s a real-time pattern interruption. The other option is to commit to at least one round a day of the WODs. Then pay an At Will Offering. That way even on a tight budget you can still take your health and fitness to a serious level. Because even a dollar a day will motivate you to move for a year and find massive results.

Throughout the years people hesitate to make an at Will offering because they don’t want to offend me with a “little” amount. I look at it this way…

Offer one dollar per WOD you complete. Pay all at once, which would be $365 or pay monthly. Both are great options. Come up with your own offering and go to https://www.jedkobernusz.com/offering and take your health and fitness way more serious.

On a side note, a friend of mine sent me a funny meme that explained it perfectly. In one of the pictures there she was. Wonder Women. That’s what it looks like when you pay for a trainer. On the other side is a picture of Wonder Women too, except it looks like a dilapidated version. That’s what it looks like to ask for free advice and the quick tips and tricks.

Be the real Wonder Women and Captain America by paying for personal training and take the next step. I’m available for 1:1 sessions, group personal training classes and video chat sessions. Let’s get you moving in a way that you never thought possible. Hit me up at [email protected].
